There have been a number of food and "food production" documentaries out within the last two years with the most popular one being Food Inc.. Last night I saw another good one called, A river of waste.

This deals more with the pollutants produced in the poultry industry such as chicken litter, arsenic, antibiotics and growth hormones. For the most part, we believe that these substances are contained withing the facilities in which they are being produced but this documentary exposes that idea as false.
