The Indian Creek Lions Club participates in state and international Lions Club activities, contributes to International Funds, participates with Midwest States in Leader Dog Program, provides some scholarships, eyeglasses (used glasses for donation to the needy), firewood, and minor home repair.

The Junior Volunteer Program is an excellent opportunity for young people to learn about the world of healthcare. The program is open to teens who will be enrolled in high school in the fall or graduating in May.
