Use animoto.com to create your own short video. We'll show you how to choose a visual theme, select music and add pictures and words to create your own mini movie. You will also learn how to search for, save, and add Web images. Please register each child ( ages 9 to 12) separately. Choose either this date OR July 25.

Organizing and Editing Your Photos - Bloomington

Do you have a lot of photos on your computer, or scattered on multiple storage devices? This class will show you how to organize all of the photos and edit any that need it using free software available for download. Feel free to bring your own laptop or storage devices (CDs, flash drives, etc.), but this is not necessary. Patrons registering for this class should have basic computer skills or have taken the computer basics class at the library. Registration is required.

Learn to (legally) "hack" the Herald-Times or any other online newspaper or webpage. Create and publish news or stories about a superhero you made during 12 Hour Comic Book Day, or you and your friends, family, team, pets--whatever you care about. Expert writers and journalists will first help you create, write, edit, and design for the Internet. Working individually or collaboratively, you will then find a newspaper or website to remix using the X-Ray Goggles tool in any web browser. No previous experience in web design is required.
