When Etienne's uncle, a famous trapeze artist going by the name of Monsieur Leotard, passes away, he must keep it a secret, and become Leotard himself. As he goes through his life, he has many adventures, and meets many interesting people, such as the savage Tilion (a Liger), Morris, the Rubber man, Lenore, the tattooed woman and more. A wonderful story, featuring beautiful watercolor artwork, I recomend the book the everyone.
