Learn how to build websites and apps, write code, or start a business with Treehouse. Join us for a guided introduction to this free online learning service. Library card required. Please register for one session. Age 13 and up

Free access to Treehouse membership is made possible in part by the Bloomington Technology Partnership and its code school grant from the Community Foundation of Bloomington and Monroe County.

Introduction to Coding: Hopscotch

Interested in the idea of coding, but not sure where to start? Start here! We provide iPads and access to Hopscotch, an iPad app that allows you to drag and drop code to make your own programs, games, apps . . . if you can imagine it, you can make it with Hopscotch. We also discuss Treehouse, the website where you can learn to code like a pro (free with your Library card.) Ages 12-19

Presented in partnership with the Bloomington Technology Partnership (through a Community Foundation grant) and the IU School of Informatics and Computing's Serve IT program.
