The Name of this Book is Secret
Author:
Pseudonymous Bosch (yes you read that right)
Why did you decide to read this book? Did a friend suggest it? Did it have an interesting cover?:
A saw it at Barnes and Nobles bookstore. It looked interesting, so I checked it out from the library. Its cover has the title in big letters, and looks mysterious.
What is the story about?/What happened in the story?:
In the story, Cassandra (or Cass for short) with her friend Max-Ernest explore a magician's house. They find a magician's journal, but the journal is missing pages. They also learn of an evil couple who want to know a secret that the was in the journal. They try to find out more about the magician, while keeping the journal away from the couple. The author notes that the names are fake, because he doesn't want the characters to be located.
Why did you like this story? or Why did you not like this story?:
I like the story because the author is funny. He is mysterious and never shows his picture. He bribes himself to keep writing with chocolate and cheese. He is also terrible at keeping secrets.
Other thoughts or feelings about this story? Anything else to add?:
Ignore Pseudonymous's warnings, and read the book!
