Write a review of the book, including plot points, if you wish:
Hattie Campbell didn't take a car, train or an airplane out west to Oregon. I'm sure she would have if she could have. Instead of hours it took months for her and her family to get there. Traveling by covered wagon she endured poisonous plants, fast rivers, death of friends and many other hardships. Hitch a ride with Hattie on a trip to Oregon By way of the Oregon trail which we would never attempt today and live to tell about it.
